Getting ready for a holiday get together this weekend. This is my favorite party dessert because it's SO easy! What's your go to party dessert?
Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble
Crumble. A classic Scottish dessert from summers growing up. Easy and delicious and guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser. This can be made with any combinations of a tart fruit (such as rhubarb or granny smith apples) and a sweet berry (strawberries, raspberries, etc.) and is easy to adapt to flavor preferences. So pick your favorites and enjoy!
Oreo Cheesecake Bars
My coworker had the excellent idea of having a potluck at work this month to get us out of our midwest winter blues. Everyone brought in delicious dishes from home and having it on a Wednesday was a great way to break up the humdrum of the week. I brought in my mango salsa (found here Mango Salsa) and Oreo cheesecake bars! They were a huge hit and now it's time to share them with you! Enjoy but beware - these are dangerously delicious!
Lemon Raspberry Bars
This recipe is a fabulous year round dessert whether you're looking for something for a summer barbecue or a holiday party potluck! Well, here's an easy recipe that's a big win at all these events. This is made with raspberries but you can substitute blueberries or blackberries to suit your taste. Enjoy!
Pumpkin, Peaches, and Cream
It's finally November! Time for some comfort food desserts to wave off the impending cold of winter. This deliciously easy dessert can be made for one or many and as an added benefit - your kitchen will smell fabulous! Enjoy and happy fall!
