Veggie Tuna Salad

This veggie tuna salad is a classic recipe that relies on natural flavors to create an easy lunch healthy lunch. This recipe is easy to pull together, a great summer no-cook meal plan, and really cheap. It makes enough for about four sandwiches filled with protein and vegetables. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 5 oz cans of tuna (drained)
  • 3 tbsp light mayo
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/2 bunch green onions
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Provolone cheese

Recipe:

  • Mix drained tuna with mayo.
  • Chop cucumber, red pepper, red onion, and green onion and add to the tuna mixture.
  • Mix thoroughly and serve as desired!
