This veggie tuna salad is a classic recipe that relies on natural flavors to create an easy lunch healthy lunch. This recipe is easy to pull together, a great summer no-cook meal plan, and really cheap. It makes enough for about four sandwiches filled with protein and vegetables. Enjoy!
Ingredients:

- 2 5 oz cans of tuna (drained)
- 3 tbsp light mayo
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/2 bunch green onions
- Romaine lettuce
- Provolone cheese
Recipe:
- Mix drained tuna with mayo.
- Chop cucumber, red pepper, red onion, and green onion and add to the tuna mixture.
- Mix thoroughly and serve as desired!
