Bruschetta

Tomatoes. Pure perfection. Add in basil and garlic and serve over toasted bread? More perfection! I always order bruschetta if it’s an option on the menu. Try this recipe to make it at home!

Ingredients (makes many appetizer size servings!):

  • 4 to 6 Roma tomatoes
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • Handful of basil
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bruschetta chips or mini toasts for serving

Directions:

  • Chop tomatoes and mix with roughly chopped basil in a medium sized mixing bowl. Crush and chop garlic and add to bowl. Mix in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve over bread and enjoy!
