Tomatoes. Pure perfection. Add in basil and garlic and serve over toasted bread? More perfection! I always order bruschetta if it’s an option on the menu. Try this recipe to make it at home!
Ingredients (makes many appetizer size servings!):

- 4 to 6 Roma tomatoes
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Handful of basil
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bruschetta chips or mini toasts for serving
Directions:
- Chop tomatoes and mix with roughly chopped basil in a medium sized mixing bowl. Crush and chop garlic and add to bowl. Mix in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.



- Serve over bread and enjoy!
